When a major microwave manufacturer had a nationwide
recall on microwaves due to a potential hazard for fires,
Digicom was called into action. With a 30 day
deadline, we were able to train our technicians on this
specific upgrade and repair over 500 microwaves, onsite, in
the Evansville region. We accomplished our tasks
so quickly, the manufacturer then requested us to assist in
the Indianapolis and St. Louis regions, for other companies
that were behind. Our skills have also been
called in to work for national recalls on Flat Panel TV's,
Scanners, Credit Card Machines, Monitors and of course
computers.
